Players are encouraged to work on all facets of the sport, equipping them for success both on and off the field.

We support their growth by facilitating season loans to higher-level clubs, like those in the MFA-YPL, Maharashtra State Youth League and Youth i-League. This exposure readies them for the most demanding stages, reinforcing our commitment to their journey.

Toddler Program: Nurturing the Little Leopards

Introducing the “Little Leopards” Toddler Program, an integral part of our Formative Program tailored for children aged 3 to 8 years. This program holds a special place in our hearts as it serves as the first step in igniting a passion for football and building a strong foundation for our youngest athletes.

  • Fostering Early Interest:
    The “Little Leopards” Toddler Program is more than just an introduction to football; it’s a gateway to a lifelong love for the sport. We understand the importance of cultivating an interest in the early stages of a child’s development. Through a series of engaging activities and games, we create an environment where children can explore and embrace the joy of playing football.
  • Motor Skills and Physical Development:
    At this tender age, motor skills play a crucial role in a child’s growth. Players within the Formative Batches undergo intensive training to refine core skills such as dribbling, passing, ball control, shooting, and one-on-one situations. However, our commitment extends beyond the technical aspects.

Players are guided through exercises and activities to enhance their physical prowess and mental resilience. Advance Batches: Elevating Tactical Mastery

Promotion from the Formative Batches to the Advance Batches is a testament to a player’s dedication and improvement. It’s a recognition of their growth, both as footballers and individuals. Players within the Advance Batches are provided with opportunities that extend beyond internal academy matches. They are primed to compete against formidable opponents from across the city, gaining invaluable experience that hones their skills and resilience.

Motor skills are honed, and a bond with the ball is established, setting the stage for a lifelong connection with football.
  • Formative Program: Age 8 to 15 – Refining Technical Prowess:
    From ages 8 to 15, players transition into the Formative Program. Here, the focus is on honing technical abilities crucial to their growth as footballers. Players are encouraged to develop their skills in dribbling, passing, ball control, shooting, and more. The pinnacle of this phase is the opportunity to earn a place in the Advance Program, marking a significant step towards tactical mastery.
    Inter-academy and friendly matches provide platforms for players to showcase their skills, fostering healthy competition and camaraderie.
  • Advance Program: Age 8 to 18+ | A Journey of Excellence:
    The Advance Program, spanning from age 8 to 18+, is the pinnacle of our player pathway. This phase is characterized by intensive training, competitive matches, and progressive exposure to higher levels of football.
    Ages 8 to 10: Players engage in competitive leagues across various city locations, applying the skills they’ve cultivated to real match scenarios.
    Ages 10 to 18: Players are encouraged to elevate their preparation as they gear up for higher challenges. Participation in the Mumbai Football Association’s Yuva President’s League allows players to compete against the city’s elite teams. Success in these stages can propel players to represent Mumbai FA in inter-district competitions and Western India FA in state championships, providing an opportunity to shine on larger platforms.
